How to get a censor certificate for your music video in India When I was trying to get a censor certificate for my music video, I found that there was nobody( including the channels) who knew the actual process on how to get a censor certificate.Most people would find an agent;pay him 5X times the cash that you actually need to pay and get it done.For a musician that's quite a bit of money.So I went on a mission to get the censor certificate all by myself; called the Delhi censor and figured out the way it's done..Mission accomplished!!:) I now have my censor certificate and Vh1 is airing my video in August 2012. I felt this post would help other musicians/bands who are also trying to get one.It's not all that tough as it's made out to be..Read on.. The Censor Certificate for my music video "Rise" Watch the Video "Rise" above Checklist of items you need before you apply for a censor certificate 1. Create a version of your video with a ‘Time Code’ & the text ‘Censor Copy’ at the bottom of the video. This is so that in case there are any cutes the censor board knows at exactly which second the cuts need to be made. This should be the only video on the CD .The Cd needs to be labeled as follows: a. Song Titled: <> b. Duration : <> c. Producer: <> 2. A demand draft of Rs. 1020/- needs to be made payable to the ‘Pay & Account officer ,Ministry of I&B ,’ .The City will change according to the censor office you are applying to. E.g. If I am applying in Delhi the demand draft would be payable to ‘Pay & Account officer ,MInistry of I&B ,New Delhi’ .Get 2 photocopies of this demand draft. 3. Script/Lyrics : 2 copies of the lyrics of the song exactly in the way the appear in the video.Format of the document should be : a. Title : Script/Lyrics for <> b. Written by : > c. Lyrics of song 4. Synopsis: 2 copies of the Synopsis for the song a. Title: Synopsis b. Reason for Censor Certificate: provide details of which channel needs it c. Song details: · Name of Song · Language · Brief description of song & Music video · Album · Artist · Director · Asst. Director · Agency · Director of Photography(DOP) · Second camera · Producer · Production Assist · Edited by 5. Covering Letter addressed to the Regional Officer(See format in example below) 6. Undertaking on a Rs.100 stamp paper ,notarized by the court. The text for the undertaking is provided on a sheet by the Censor guys.You need to obtain this from their office.The whole notary process including the stamp paper should cost you about Rs. 300-350 bucks & you can get it done from any district court or notary guy. 7. Buy a cardboard File & label it with the following details: a. CBFC ID b. Producer Name c. Song - <> d. Duration<> File your documents in this folder Great !So you have all your documents with you..Now you’re ready to apply for your certificate! Thank you, Pragnya Wakhlu Step by Step Process to get a censor certificate 1. The first thing you have to do is create an ID for yourself on the CBFC website. a. Go to the CBFC Website :http://cbfcindia.gov.in/ b. Click on ‘Register’ c. Create a username & password for yourself.You will receive a CBFC id d. You need to call up the censor board office where you are applying and ask them to activate your ID. If they don’t do it over the phone you need to go there with the printout of the confirmation page and ask them to activate it 2. Once your id is created and has been activated,visit the CBFC website & log in with your CBFC id & password. You will come to the Home page 3. Go to the ‘Application Forms’ tab .Select the ‘Fresh’ option from the drop down on the Form IA: Application for Certification for public exhibition of a VIDEO film produced in India. Row & click on the ‘Apply’ button. 4. You will be taken to Form 1-A where you need to fill in the details of the short film(See reference application below for reference) 5. On the ‘Screening Fee’ Tab select ‘Yes’ for ‘Whether film to be screened at CBFC.The screening fee takes care of the projector that the CBFC guys hire to review your music video/film.The charge is Rs. 70/- 6. On the ‘Certification Fee’ tab select ‘NPE” for Whether the film is PE/NPE.The certification fee is Rs. 950/- 7. The Total payable amount shows on the screen which is Rs. 1020/-. 8. Go to the ‘No. of DD’s to be added’ dropdown and select ‘1’.A pop up will open where you need to enter the Demand Draft Details. 9. At the bottom of the Page Click on ‘List of Documents’.Select the following: a. 9/6 Copies of Script/Commentary b. 9/6 Copies of Synopsis c. Rs. 100 Undertaking on stamp paper 10. Save the document & Submit. 11. Once you have submitted you need to take a print out of FORM 1A which you have filled online, & the list of Documents 12. File all documents in the labeled cardboard file. Check if all the documents below are present: a. Covering letter b. Synopsis – 2 copies c. Lyrics – 2 copies d. Form 1-A e. IF cuts are to be made they will ask you to make cuts & you need to resubmit the video..but if all’s clear you should receive the certificate within 10 days from the day of submitton! फाळणी बारा म्हणजे काय?

फाळणी बारा म्हणजे जमीनीची मोजणी करून तुकडा (तुकडेबंदी कायदाच्या उल्लंघनाचा पालन न केल्यास) करण्याची प्रक्रिया, ज्यामध्ये प्रमाणिक क्षेत्रांच्या तुकड्यांची किंमत सांगितली आहे आणि यापूर्वी प्रमाणित क्षेत्रातील तुकडे किती असावी याची माहिती आणण्यात आलेली आहे, त्यासंदर्भात तालुका मोजणी कार्यालयातील प्रक्रिया संपलेली होती.

फेरफार नोंदीतील चुकांची दुरुस्ती

सातबारा फेरफार मध्ये झालेल्या चुकांमुळे सातबारा वर तशीच नोंद केली जाते.

फेरफारमधील चुकांची दुरुस्ती कशी करावी :-

१.लेखनातील चुका व त्याची दुरुस्ती :-

हमखासपणे नावात चुका होतात. एखादा गट नंबर वगळला जातो. अशा प्रकरणी महसूल खात्याने नव्याने नोंद घेण्याची आवश्यकता नसते. लेखन प्रमादानातील चूक दुरुस्त करतेवेळी खातेदाराने थेट संबंधित तहसीलदारांकडे अर्ज करावा.

तहसिलदार यांना कलम 155 महाराष्ट्र महसूल अधिनियमाखाली संबंधित रेकॉर्ड दुरुस्त करून घेण्याचे अधिकार असतात. ज्या प्रकरणात महसूल खात्याची चूक असते; अशा केसेसमध्ये तहसीलदार निर्णय घेऊन चूक दुरुस्ती करून घेऊ शकतात. मात्र योग्य ती कार्यवाही करावी; असा आदेश महसूल कर्मचाऱ्यांना देऊ नये तर जमीन महसूल कायद्यातील संबंधित तरतुदीखाली चूक दुरुस्त व्हावी असे आदेश द्यावेत.

२. हक्काबाबत होणाऱ्या चुका व त्याची दुरुस्ती:-

जमिनीच्या मालकी हक्क ,कुल ,वारसा, उत्तराधिकारी इत्यादी हक्कांमध्ये आपल्याला स्थान देण्यात आले नाही असे वाटणाऱ्या व्यक्तीला योग्य त्या पुराव्याच्या आधारे आपणास सादर बाबत हक्क आहे. हे मांडण्यासाठी फेरफार नोंदी विरुद्ध रीतसर अपील किंवा फेर तपासणी केली पाहिजे.

जमीन व्यवहाराच्या बाबतीत फेरफारमध्ये झालेल्या चुका व त्याची दुरुस्ती बाबत :-

पूर्वी झालेल्या नोंदीमध्ये दुरुस्ती संबंधी नोंदणी दुबार होणे कामी अपील करावी लागते. असा अर्ज केल्यानंतर फार तपासणी केली जाते व नंतरच दुरुस्ती संबंधी निर्णय घेण्यात येतो. शेतकरी तहसीलदार कार्यालयात तक्रार दाखल करतात व फेरफार नोंदीमध्ये दुरुस्तीचा आग्रह धरतात परंतु त्यासाठी कार्यालयीन प्रक्रिया पार पाडावी लागते जरी चूक असेल तरी सुद्धा योग्य प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करावी लागते.

शेतात, बांधावर वन वृक्ष लागवडीसाठी अनुदान योजना

शेती अनुदान

आज वनांचे महत्त्व आपण सर्वांनीच ओळखले आहे. जगाच्या पाठीवर काही देश असे आहेत की, त्यांची ओळख त्या देशामध्ये असलेल्या समृध्द वनांमुळे सर्व जगाला झाली आहे. सर्वसाधारणपणे एकूण भौगोलिक क्षेत्राच्या 33 टक्के क्षेत्र वनाखाली असणे पर्यावरण संरक्षणाच्या दृष्टीने अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे आहे. आपल्या राज्यात 20 टक्क्यांच्या जवळपास क्षेत्र वनाखाली आहे. जागतिक हवामान बदलाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर विविध नैसर्गिक आपत्तींना सतत सामोरे जावे लागत आहे. वृक्ष पृथ्वीवरील वातावरण शुद्ध करण्याबरोबरच पर्यावरणाचा समतोल राखण्यास मदत करतात. याचे महत्त्व लक्षात घेऊन महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सन 2017 ते 2019 या दरम्यान राज्यामध्ये 50 कोटी वृक्ष लागवडीचा महत्त्वाकांक्षी कार्यक्रम हाती घेतला आहे. या मोहिमेंतर्गत सन 2016 मध्ये 2 कोटी, सन 2017 मध्ये 4 कोटी वृक्ष लागवडीचा कार्यक्रम यशस्वीरित्या राबविला असून सन 2018 मध्ये 13 कोटी वृक्ष लागवडीचे उद्दीष्ट ठेवण्यात आले आहे.

म्हणून वृक्ष लागवड करताना केवळ वन जमिनी, शासकीय जमिनीवरील लागवड पुरेशी नसून खासगी पड क्षेत्र, शेताचे बांध यावर शेतकऱ्यांनी वन वृक्ष लागवड केल्यास हे उद्दीष्ट सहज साध्य होणार आहे. म्हणून शासनाने सन 2018 पासून म्हणून शासनाने महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार हमी योजनेंतर्गत शेतकऱ्यांच्या शेतात वृक्ष लागवड कार्यक्रमास मंजुरी दिली आहे. या योजनेंतर्गत वैयक्तिक शेतकरी स्वत:च्या जमिनीवर वृक्षांची लागवड करु करणार आहेत. यासाठी शासन अनुदान देणार आहे. या योजनेबद्दल महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार हमी योजनेचे अधीक्षक कृषि अधिकारी विनयमकुमार आवटे यांनी विस्तृत माहिती दिली आहे. योजनेचा पूर्ण तपशील पुढीलप्रमाणे आहे.

योजनेत भाग घेऊ शकणारे लाभार्थी कोण

• अनुसूचित जाती

• अनुसूचित जमाती

• भटक्या जमाती

• विमुक्त जाती

• दारिद्र रेषेखालील लाभार्थी

• स्त्रिकर्ता असलेली कुटुंब

• शारीरिकदृष्ट्या विकलांग व्यक्ती कर्ता असलेली कुटुंब

• जमीन सुधारणांचे लाभार्थी

• इंदिरा आवास योजनेखालील लाभार्थी

•अनुसूचित जमाती व इतर परंपरागत वन निवासी वन हक्क मान्य करणे अधिनियम - 2006 खालील लाभार्थी. आणि उपरोक्त प्रवर्गातील पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना प्राधान्य देण्यात आल्यानंतर, कृषि कर्ज माफी व कर्ज सहाय्य योजना,2008 यामध्ये व्याख्या केलेल्या लहान व सिमांत भूधारक शेतकऱ्यांच्या जमिनीवरील कामे. योजनेत भाग घेण्यासाठी वरील प्रवर्गातील लाभार्थ्यांनी पुढील बाबींची पूर्तता करणे आवश्यक आहे.

• लाभार्थी जॉब कार्डधारक असावा.

• विहित नमुन्यात ग्रामपंचायत कडे शेतकरी यांनी अर्ज सादर करावा अर्ज करावा.

• त्याचे नावे जमीन असावी, 7/12, 8-अ चा उतारा जोडावा.

• जात प्रमाणपत्र, दारिद्र्य रेषेखालील असल्याचा दाखला जोडावा.

• मंजुरीनंतर झाडे लागवड करून ती जिवंत ठेवण्याबाबत संमतीपत्र जोडावे.

योजनेत लागवड करता येणारी झाडे व त्यांचा 3 वर्षासाठी खर्चाचा मापदंड

• वरील मापदंडात समाविष्ट बाबी

जमीन तयार करणे, खड्डे खोदणे, कुंपण करणे, माती व खत मिश्रणाने खड्डे भरणे, रोपे कलमांची लागवड करणे, नांग्या भरणे, खते देणे. निंदणी, पीक संरक्षण, पाणी देणे आदी

• वृक्ष लागवडीचा कालावधी - 1 जून ते 30 नोव्हेंबर

• दुसऱ्या व तिसऱ्या वर्षी अनुदान मिळण्यासाठी बागायती झाडांसाठी 90 टक्के तर जिरायती झाडांसाठी 75 टक्के जिवंत झाडांचे प्रमाण राखणे आवश्यक आहे.

या योजनेमध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी लाभार्थ्यास सर्वप्रथम ग्रामपंचायतीमध्ये महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार योजनेमध्ये नाव नोंदणीकरुन जॉब कार्ड प्राप्त करुन घेणे आवश्यक आहे. त्यानंतर योजनेत सहभागी होण्यासाठी ग्रामपंचायतीकडे विहित नमुन्यात अर्ज करावा. ग्रामपंचायत ग्रामसभेमध्ये सदर लाभार्थी व काम मंजूर करण्यात येते. त्यानंतर सामाजिक वनीकरण विभागाकडून कामाची तांत्रिक व प्रशासकीय मान्यता मिळाल्यानंतर लाभार्थी स्वत: व गावातील इतर मजूर काम पूर्ण करतात. या योजनेतील कामगारांची मजूरी त्यांच्या बँक खात्यावर जमा करण्यात येते. या योजनेच्या सविस्तर महितीसाठी व योजनेत सहभागी होण्यासाठी संबंधित ग्रामपंचायत आणि सामाजिक वनीकरण विभाग कार्यालयाशी शेतकऱ्यांनी संपर्क साधावा.
